Cancer Survivors'
Network
The Cancer Survivors' Network is provided by the American
Cancer Society and caters for survivors and caregivers.
Office
of Cancer Survivorship
In 1996 the National Cancer Institute established the Office
of Cancer Survivorship in order to provide a focus within
the National Institutes of Health for the support of research
and education aimed at professionals who deal with cancer
patients and survivors, and the survivors themselves.
The Association
of Cancer Online Resources (ACOR)
This site provides access to all oncology mailing lists and
electronic groups. This is an excellent resource for people
with cancer who wish to find others with their same diagnosis.
The site has listings for most kinds of cancer along with
issue-specific groups.
