The Living with Cancer Programme is designed for people with cancer and their family or friends. It helps you to learn more about cancer and how to live with it, and it provides many skills to help bring quality back to your life.

The programme:

  • is FREE
  • is conducted in small groups for two hours a week over six to eight weeks
  • has specially trained programme leaders
  • includes groups of both sexes of all ages with varying types and stages of cancer
  • uses videos and expert guest speakers to encourage discussion and help answer questions
