Out-of-town cancer patients who are undergoing treatment at the Wellington Cancer Centre can get accomodation at Margaret Stewart House. This is in the grounds of Wellington Hospital, Newtown, close to the treatment centre.

Margaret Stewart House can house up to 40 guests. There are 16 twin rooms and two family units, all with ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities..
